Acceptable Use Policy
This Policy sets out what customers and users may not do with the RynIQ™ Platform. It supplements the Terms of Service and applies to every account and every engagement.

Prohibited content
- Content that infringes intellectual property or violates confidentiality obligations owed to a third party.
- Special-category personal data (Article 9 GDPR) and payment card data.
- Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that promotes violence or discrimination.
- Malware, exploit code, or content designed to disrupt any system.
Prohibited behaviour
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to derive source code, except where permitted by mandatory local law.
- Automated scraping, load testing, or vulnerability testing outside the Responsible Disclosure Policy.
- Reselling, sublicensing or providing the Platform to third parties as a service.
- Using the Platform to train competing AI systems.
- Circumventing rate limits, access controls, or authentication.
- Sharing account credentials or bypassing per-seat licensing.
AI-specific restrictions
- No use for any Article 5 EU AI Act prohibited practice.
- No use to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
- No prompt injection intended to elicit outputs the model would otherwise refuse.
Enforcement
Ryniqo may investigate suspected violations. Depending on severity we may (a) contact the customer, (b) suspend specific accounts or features, or (c) terminate the engagement under the Terms of Service. We will use the least restrictive measure reasonably available.
